I have a BA in English and an MA is counseling from Long Island University. I went on to study acting and speech at the Aesthetic Realism Foundation and the HB Studio in New York. I also studied at the American Shakespeare Theater in Stratford, Ct. Once a competitive public speaker and debater, I went on to teach public speaking, acting, modern and classic literature, and composition in a local school system.
